Mr. Zheng Li joined the company as Chief Executive Officer on September 9, 2019. He was appointed as a Director of the Board for JCET and certain subsidiaries of the Company on September 26, 2019. Mr. Zheng received his Master degree in Financial Economic Management from the University of Tokyo. He has close to 30 years of experience working in IC companies in the United States, Japan, Europe and China. Prior to his current position, Mr. Zheng served as Global Senior Vice President of NXP, President of NXP Greater China, CEO of Renesas Greater China. He also served as President of NEC Greater China, Vice President of Huahong International, General Manager of Shanghai Hong Ri and other senior management positions.

Mr. Luo Hongwei has been appointed as Executive Vice President of JCET on April 21, 2016. He became a Board of Director of the company and its certain subsidiaries since May 17, 2019. Mr. Luo Hongwei has been deeply involved in the industry of semiconductor integrated circuit packaging and testing for more than 30 years. He has been leading purchasing, sales, manufacturing, operation and other departments of the company for a long time, and has accumulated rich and hands-on experience in Chinese semiconductor packaging and testing industry.

Dr. Lee Choon Heung joined the company as Chief Technology Officer on May 17, 2019. Prior to joining the company, Dr. Lee served as Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President for Worldwide Manufacturing Operations at Amkor Technology, and President of Amkor Korea. Dr. Lee holds a Master's degree in Solid State Physics and a Ph.D. in Theoretical Solid State Physics from Case Western Reserve University. He has written numerous research papers on various packaging technology related subjects and was granted 38 patents in Korea and 21 patents in the US.

Victor Lim joined the company as Senior Vice President, Global Sales on April 12, 2021. Victor received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Lim served as President, Global Business Development and other positions in King Yuan Electronic Pte Ltd (KYEC) and Orient Semiconductor Electronics Ltd. Mr. Lim has over 24 years’ of business development management experience in semiconductor industry and rich team management experience with outstanding achievements. 

Mr. Kevin Kong joined JCET as Senior Vice President in August 10, 2020, managing legal, compliance and intellectual property matters, and is a director of a subsidiary of JCET. Mr. Kong earned his J.D. from Cornell University and his bachelor’s degree of Economics from Columbia University. He is a member of the New York Bar, and has over 20 years experience in legal services for multinational companies. Mr. Kevin Kong has a wealth of experience in multinational laws, compliance, and intellectual property rights. He has served as general counsel and other management positions in many public companies in the semiconductor industry, such as ASAT Holdings and Spreadtrum Communications.
