JCET made a sparkling debut in IC CHINA 2010

October 21-23, 2010, the 8th China International Semiconductor Exhibition & Summit (IC China 2010) was held at Suzhou International Expo Center. CET showed its new generation of IC products and packaging technology, including MIS, SiP and Bumping, which caught lots of people’s attention.
