Chairman Wang Xinchao Receives “SEMI Person of the Year” Award

SEMICON/FPDChina, the world's largest cooperation platform for China’s semiconductor industry, was held on March 17, 2015 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. The event, which was co-hosted by Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI) and China Electronics Chamber of Commerce, gathers the world’s latest technologies and products and industry elites that finger on the pulse of the industry.

At the event, Mr. Wang Xinchao, the Chairman and CEO of Jiangsu Changjiang Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (JCET) became the only one who received the “SEMI China Person of the Year” award. Besides, he was presented the “SEMI China Industry Contribution Award”.

Invited by the organization committee of the event, Chairman Wang delivered at the opening meeting a wonderful speech entitled “Seizing the Opportunity and Realizing Surpassing – Thought on the Development of China’s IC Packaging Industry”, which was highly welcome and appraised by guests and attendees!
